PURPOSE: Provided is a method for drying starfishes especially by a natural drying method or artificial heat drying method to prevent starfishes from being spoiled and to protect nutrients contained in them from destruction. CONSTITUTION: The method for drying starfishes is characterized by the steps of: preparing a strong acid solution by dissolving 5-7kg of potassium alum in 20-30L of water; dipping starfishes in the prepared solution for 3-4 hours; and naturally or artificially drying them.
