PREFLEX COMPOSITE BEAM USING HAUNCH FOR ADDITIONAL PRESTRESSING INTRODUCTION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a preflex composite beam using a haunch for additional prestressing introduction is provided to make up for a loss of compressive stress of lower casing concrete. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for a preflex composite beam using a haunch for additional prestressing introduction comprises the steps of: placing lower casing concrete of a preflex composite beam; after curing the concrete surface, adding load upward to introduce compressive stress additionally to the lower casing concrete; at the state of adding load upward, placing a haunch for additional prestressing introduction and web concrete; after curing the surface, removing the load added upward, then introducing additional compressive stress to the lower casing concrete.
