Said method is characterised in that: the subscriber (1) calls the sales outlet (2) and transmits thereto an order, after the subscriber (1) has been identified, and the order being acceptable, the sales outlet (2) transmits to the operating centre (3) a request for certification of the subscriber's (1) identity, the operating centre (3) re-initiates with the subscriber (1) the authentication procedure and forwards to the sales outlet the required certification and the order is accepted by the sales outlet (2) and the transaction is completed by processing the subscriber's (1) bank references.
