A vision regenerating device for regenerating the vision of a patient who has gone blind due to a disease in a retina, comprising a photosensor implanted in the retina in the patient's eye, for converting an optical signal into an electric signal, a photographing means for photographing an object for recognition by the patient, an image processing means for performing an image processing on the photographed object so as to extract features, a pulse light forming means for forming a light flux into a pulse light to induce vision, and an irradiating means disposed in front of the patient's eye, for irradiating the photosensor with a pulse light so as to be formed as an image processed by the image processing means.
