<p>Use of a DNA molecule selected from the group consisting of DNA molecules having the sequence set forth in the dbEST database under the Accession Numbers given in the specification and those identified in the sequence listing to identify and/or obtain full-length human genes involved in the tumourigenic process. The use of these molecules and genes, and the encoded polypeptides in therapy and diagnosis of cancer, as well as drug screening, is described.</p> |
