PURPOSE: Provided is semipermanent concrete ballast to reduce the maintenance without ballast screening and altering ballast, low vibration of ballast to secure safety and improve riding condition, minimum particulate to maintain comfortable basement environment. CONSTITUTION: The alternation method of gravel ballast track into concrete ballast(500) track comprises the following process as: skimming the gravel ballast(30) completely in construction area after selecting construction area among all over the track composed of rail(10), sleeper(20), and gravel ballast(30); fastening separate and appropriate PC sleeper(200) with vibration absorbing pad(100) on right-and-left sides to rail(10) while separating and removing the sleeper(20) from rail(10); temporary connecting synthetic resin mould(300) with drainage channel area(310) by fittings(320); casting and at the same time plastering ultra high-early-strength concrete after installing side mould(400) on right-and left sides of the PC sleeper(200) at the constant pitch; and removing mould(300) and side mould(400) after hardening ultra high-early-strength concrete.
