The rate of collection of questionnaires and the immediacy of response are enhanced. A questionnaire is made as desired by the client. An e-mail address is automatically allocated to the questionnaire. The allocated e-mail address is posted and announced through media such as magazines, newspapers, TV, radio broadcast, and advertisement pillars. Users send empty mails to the e-mail address. The questionnaire URL is added to each empty mail, and the mails are sent to the users. The answers to the questionnaire URL are stored and aggregated.
