REFLECTION PROJECTION SCREEN

The projected image viewed side (A) of a reflection projection screen (S) is provided with a front face shading sheet (5) made of a transparent material. This front face shading sheet (5) has, on its front face, a number of small ridges (8) having parallel triangular sections. A shading layer (9) is formed on the upper side faces of the small ridges (8). A transparent filler (13) having a refractive index approximate to that of the transparent material of the front face shading sheet (5) is applied to the back (4) of the front face shading sheet (5). Transparent glass beads (12) are uniformly buried in a planar shape in the back of the transparent filler (13). A white reflective adhesive layer (11) is applied to the back of the transparent glass beads (12) to cover the back. An opaque film sheet (10) blocking light is adhered to the back of the reflective adhesive layer. With the construction, there is solved the problem that a part of the reflective image screen of the reflection projection screen is dark, to provide an image of wide angle of view on the viewer side, no reflected image on the front face even under bright environment, sufficient black level, high definition, and high contrast.
