PURPOSE: A system for connecting to relatives by marriage and a method for creating a family club using the same are provided to connect the relatives by marriage by searching the relatives by marriage of a corresponding person using family information. CONSTITUTION: In a system for constituting a family cooperation based on a network, a data receiving unit(11) receives family information through the network. A club creating unit(13) creates a family club using the family information inputted in the data receiving unit(11). A database(15) stores the family information. A club connection unit(14) connects the family club created by the club creating unit(13) to a family club pre-created and stored in the database(15). A control unit(12) generally controls the above elements and compares/searches the family information inputted in the data receiving unit(11) with pre-stored family information.
