<p>A method for the casting of glass stoppers transversely pierced along an axis (Y'Y) involves (a) using in a roughing station, (b) casting the glass in a casting structure (1) with two half imprints (4a, 4b) forming an imprint (4) of the stopper possessing a parallel opening, (c) mounting s stitching system (5a, 5b) crossing the imprint (4) integral with the casting structure (1) and then pressing and/or blowing the glass, in a finishing station, to bore the glass, (d) aspirating the air and (e) demoulding the formed stopper before it is subjected to tempering. The mould used in this method and the stoppers produced are also claimed.</p> |
