The invention concerns novel pyrazole-[3,2-c]-1,2,4-triazoles of formula (I) wherein R1 represents a hydroxy group or a C1-C4 alkyl group, substituted with at least a hydroxy radical, and R2 represents an aryl group which can be substituted with at least a radical selected among the group consisting of halogen, nitro, cyano, alkyl, hydroxy, alkoxy, amino, alkylamino, dialkylamino, acylamino, sulphonamido, alkylthio, alkoxycarbonyl, carboxy and sulphonic radicals. Said compounds are useful for oxidation dyeing of keratinous fibres, in particular human hair. The invention also concerns the compositions containing said compounds and the dyeing method using same.
