PURPOSE: A boiler temperature measurement apparatus is provided to prevent local overheating and allow for an optimum combustion and temperature control, while improving combustion efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A boiler temperature measurement apparatus comprises acoustic wave transmitting/receiving sensors(1,2) installed outside a combustion chamber(10) of a boiler, and which transmit and receive an acoustic wave to and at the combustion chamber; a process control unit(20) for controlling transmittance or receipt of the acoustic wave by controlling air supply to the acoustic wave transmitting/receiving sensors, and calculating the temperature of the interior of the combustion chamber by measuring the time and distance of migration of the acoustic wave; and a computer(30) for controlling operation of the process control unit and displaying the measured temperature of the interior of the combustion chamber.
