PURPOSE: A process of preparing the subject candy by clearly printing various letters, designs, pictures and photographs inside the candy using a pad printing method is provided. Whereby, various photographs can be printed inside the candy to almost the same degree as original resolution compared to prior art and used as a memento. CONSTITUTION: A first compound prepared by dissolving and concentrating candy material, introducing into a mold at 130 to 150deg.C and cooling until the surface temperature of the compound reaches 30 to 45deg.C, pad printing, is performed in the order of black, yellow, red and blue edible inks to express the desired letters, designs, pictures and photographs on the compound at a temperature of 15 to 25deg.C and at a relative humidity of 40 to 60% and dried, and a second compound prepared by dissolving candy material in the photograph-printed compound and concentrating is reintroduced at 120 to 135deg.C and cooled in the second stage.
