FLOOR TILE GIVING APPEARANCE EFFECT OF CARPET WITH SYNTHETIC RESINS USED AND PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a floor tile giving appearance effect of a carpet with synthetic resins used which directly mixes a surface layer and the synthetic resins so that it creates reality and high-quality effect in giving appearance effect of the carpet. CONSTITUTION: In the floor which is consisted of the surface layer including a surface treatment layer(23), a vinyl chloride resin sheet layer(22) and a vinyl chloride resin paper layer(21), a substrate layer(10) and a back sheet(30), the floor tile giving appearance effect of the carpet with synthetic resins used is characterized by including the synthetic resins with the similar touch as raw yarn of the carpet at one layer selected from the vinyl chloride resin sheet layer or the vinyl chloride resin paper layer.
