摘要 The present invention is related to a self adjusting process and computer program product for controlling carbohydrates concentration during microorganism fermentation. The self adjusting nature of these processes assure adequate carbohydrate feed rates while avoiding excessive accumulation of carbohydrate in the fermentation broth. The invention also provides a process and computer program product for producing lysine by fermentation.
