<p>A resin composition for toluene-free printing inks having satisfactory high-temperature stability. The composition is characterized by comprising: a graft copolymer obtained by reacting an acrylic monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated bond with an oxidized chlorinated polyolefin having a weight-average molecular weight of 3,000 to 50,000 in the presence of a polar solvent; and an alicyclic solvent.</p>
