The rate of collection of information such as questionnaire and the immediacy of response are enhanced. A questionnaire that a client desires is made and an e-mail address is automatically assigned to the questionnaire. The assigned e-mail address is indicated or announced through media such as a magazine, newspaper, TV, radio, and advertisement pillar. Users send empty e-mails to the e-mail address. A questionnaire collection service providing company adds a questionnaire URL to the empty e-mails and returns the e-mails to the users. The users send answers to the questionnaire to the company, which accumulates and totals the answers.
