The method involves determining the existing electrical potential of the being from characteristic personal data and from empirically determined tables and nomograms, comparing it with the desired potential and compensating the difference between the existing and desired values by introducing or extracting electrical energy. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for influencing electrical potential of living beings.
