PURPOSE: A flue gas waste heat recovery apparatus is provided to efficiently recover waste heat by firstly recovering the waste heat of the flue gas by a heat exchanger as a first heat exchanging unit and by secondly recovering the waste heat of the flue gas by a water jacket as a second heat exchanging unit. CONSTITUTION: A flue gas waste heat recovery apparatus for recovering the waste heat of flue gas exhausted from the engine is composed of a housing through which the flue gas is inhaled and exhausted, a first heat exchanging unit(20) for firstly heat exchanging with the waste heat of the flue gas inhaled into the housing, and a second heat exchanging unit(13) for absorbing the radiant heat of the flue gas inhaled into the housing separated with the first heat exchanging unit(20). Thus, A flue gas waste heat recovery apparatus allows the improved recovery efficiency of the flue gas.
