An oscillation balance device comprises a rotary body, at least one track and a plurality of rollers. The tracks are around a center of a rotary shaft of the rotary body. The tracks are installed on the rotary body. The plurality of rollers are formed by a plurality of first roller and a plurality of second rollers which have different friction coefficients. The first rollers and second rollers are arranged, alternatively. The friction force connected the first roller and the second roller is farther smaller than that between two second rollers. As a result, the sensitivity of the rollers to the unbalance of the system is improved. Therefore, the oscillations and noises are reduced and the precision in operation and lifetime are increased.
