PURPOSE: A system for issuing a caricature card is provided to print a caricature of a user on a card of the user. CONSTITUTION: A caricature manufacturing company(105) performs a communication connection with an Internet network, manufacture a caricature based on static image information being downloaded through the Internet network, and perform an on-line transmission of the manufactured caricature. An operator server(103) receives personal information and photograph information of a user through the Internet network, makes a database of the photograph information in accordance with a card issuing result based on the personal information, transmits the photograph information to the caricature manufacturing company(105) through an on-line, makes a database by receiving the manufactured caricature through an on-line, and creates/stores a predetermined caricature code corresponded to the personal information, the photograph information, and the caricature information. A transferring device(109) receives the caricature information and the personal information from the operator server(103), manufactures a card, and transfers a caricature on the manufactured card. |
