The invention relates to a semi-conductor element (100) having n integrated semi-conductor structure. An optoelectronic transmitter (103) and an optoelectronic receiver (104) are secured on said integrated semi-conductor structure. The optoeleoctronic transmitter (103) and the optoelectronic receiver (104) are disposed on the inside of the semi-conductor element (100) to enable optoelectronic signal transmission, are optically coupled together and are decoupled from the optical surroundings thereof by means of an optical filter element (105). The invention also relates to a method for producing said type of semi-conductor element (100).
