<p>The invention relates to a fastening system for anchoring a handhold on the roof interior of a motor vehicle by means of a clamp-type anchoring element (1). Said anchoring element is inserted in a rectangular hole (9) in the upper transverse bar (8) of the car body and rests on the back thereof on the edge (10) of the hole by means of support legs (6) that can be resiliently compressed while it rests on the front of the transverse bar (8) with a fastening plate (3). The handhold is swivellably mounted in bearing blocks that rest on the interior of the roof lining (12) with a flange (14) and is provided with projections (11) which are led through a corresponding recess (13) in the roof lining (12) so as to fasten the anchoring element (1) on the plate (3) of the anchoring element (1). In order to bridge the space between the lining plate (12) and the transverse bar (8), a spacer element (2) is provided that is integrally formed with the anchoring element (1). The anchoring element (1) and the support legs (6) are punched from a center of a steel sheet billet and are bent upwards on one side, while two spacer legs (19) each are punched from the outer zone of the billet and are bent towards the other side and are reunited at the required distance.</p> |
