The rack (100) can be fixed to an existing luggage rack (16) or to a device in place of it. it consists of a vertical rear wall (1) facing the rear wheel (25), with a side wall (3) at the front vertical long edge. A bottom (2) is attached to the rear wall by one or more hinges (5), so that it can be folded out to about 90[deg] to the rear wall and also folded up parallel to it. The side wall folds on other hinges (6, 7, 8).
