METHOD OF SCREENING DRUG CONTROLLING INTERACTION BETWEEN ARF PROTEIN AND A10 PROTEIN

摘要

A method of screening a drug by using the interaction between ARF protein and A10 protein is provided. It is found out that A10 protein binds to ARF protein. It is also clarified that A10 protein interacts with ARF protein and migrates into nucleolus. Targeting A10 gene or its expression product, a compound controlling the interaction between A10 protein and ARF protein can be screened. A drug reglating the interaction between A10 protein and ARF protein serves as a novel drug which exerts an antitumor effect by controlling the ARF function.
