COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR SENSING COMBINATION TROUBLE OF CPU AND REMOTE HEAT EXCHANGE AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A computer system for sensing a combination trouble of a CPU and an RHE(remote heat exchange) and method thereof are provided to restrain a temperature rise of a CPU. CONSTITUTION: The first temperature sensor(20) is provided for sensing a temperature of a CPU(18). An RHE(24) emits a heat generated in the CPU(18) toward an exterior. The second temperature sensor(26) is provided for sensing a temperature of the RHE(24). A micro controller(22) receives temperature information from the temperature sensors(20,26). If the difference of the temperatures is more than a critical value, the micro controller(22) outputs a combination trouble alarm signal. The RHE(24) includes a heat sink for absorbing a heat of the CPU(18) and a heat discharging fan for emitting a heat of the heat sink. The second temperature sensor(26) is mounted in the RHE(24).
