Swan's Extast Band (2-369-685) is an elastic band that fits over the top of the penis and both sides of the testicles, back between the legs and up to a cloth belt th at loops through the band. The belt is adjustable from 24 inches to 48 inches, with a hook on one end and an eye on the other end. Please see the diagram below.
