摘要 PURPOSE: A client recall method and a system therefor are provided to improve the sales of a shop by transmitting a message for guiding recall to a mobile terminal of a client who uses the shop once. CONSTITUTION: A position server continuously traces the position of a mobile terminal located in a valid service area of a service server and provides position trace information to the service server(S2). The service server receives position trace information from the position server and analyzes position trace information(S3). If a specific terminal enters in a message transmission service area of a registered specific shop(S4), the service server transmits identification information of the entered mobile terminal to a shop terminal of the message transmission service area in which the mobile terminal is located(S5). The shop terminal receives identification information of the mobile terminal, compares received identification information with several identification information stored in its storing region, and grasps whether an identification number of the mobile terminal exists(S6). If the identification number of the mobile terminal exists(S7), the shop terminal retrieves past settlement history information linked with the identification number(S8). The shop terminal generates a message including the past service use history of a client and a sentence for guiding recall on the basis of past settlement history information of the mobile terminal(S9), and opens a unidirectional channel to the mobile terminal for transmitting the generated message(S10). The shop terminal transmits the generated message through the opened unidirectional channel(S11).
