<p>PURPOSE: A method for preparingα,β-unsaturated ketone by the condensation of aldehyde and ketone is provided to improve production yield and convenience and to reduce the cost by multiphase reaction. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of reacting the aldehyde of the formula 2 and the ketone of the formula 3 in liquid state in a pipe-shaped reactor where a catalyst is present in continuous state, at least one reactant is present in dispersion state and whose loading rate is 0.8 or more, to obtain theα,β-unsaturated ketone represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 and R2 are a straight or branched and saturated or unsaturated aliphatic or acyclic hydrocarbon group of C1-C20, a saturated or unsaturated acyclic hydrocarbon group of C5-C12 capable of containing an alkyl group and/or an endo-alkylene group as a substituent, or an aromatic hydrocarbon group of C7-C15; R3 is H or an aliphatic hydrocarbon group of C1-C10; R1 and R3 form the common acyclic ring by the bonding of adjacent two carbons; and at least one methylene group of R1, R2 and R3 which is notα-positioned to the carbonyl group can be substituted with O or S.</p> |
