摘要
本发明公开了一种纳米七味都气制剂药物,它是以纳米五味子(制)、纳米山茱萸(制)、纳米茯苓、纳米牡丹皮、纳米熟地黄、纳米山药、纳米泽泻为原料,按比例配制,制成新的药物制剂,其颗粒细度达1200-1500目,粒径为0.1-200nm,其中绝大部分粒径小于100nm,并具有新的物性。采用微波萃取、减压浓缩、超音速射流技术喷雾干燥等步骤制成。该药物生物利用度高,治疗效果显著。

1、一种纳米七味都气制剂药物,其特征在于它是下述重量配比的纳米原料制成的药剂:纳米五味子(制)100-200份 纳米山茱萸(制)120-280份 纳米茯苓100-250份纳米牡丹皮100-250份 纳米熟地黄300-500份 纳米山药120-300份纳米泽泻100-250份并采用下述方法制成:选择配方用中药材炮制加工成中药饮片;置于提取罐中,加溶剂并导入微波萃取,使其以20--30亿次/秒速度作极性变化运动,其微波萃取的温度为30--60℃,时间1-10小时;将上述萃取液进行减压浓缩,温度为30--60℃,时间为3-72小时,同时另收取中药中挥发性物质;将减压浓缩液与可挥发性物质合并置于喷雾干燥塔,用超音射流技术,在30--60℃温度,0至0.05MPa压力下,以超音速速度瞬时射流干燥,其中超音速射流速度为330米-990米/秒,即制成纳米中药饮片。
