ESCORTED BROWSING SERVICE METHOD USING CALLER/CALLEE NUMBER

PURPOSE: An escorted browsing service method using a caller/callee number is provided to expand a business area by business activation through the Internet in an enterpriser and obtain reliability and satisfaction through various consultation methods in a client by providing an integrated consultation service through various connection channels through the client and a consultant. CONSTITUTION: A CallMeNow server(20) connects a client terminal(10) to an Internet call center(30) through a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network)(S2). The CallMeNow server(20) registers a caller number in an EBM(Escorted Browsing Manager) system(40) and registers the connected result(S3). The Internet call center(30) connects the client terminal(10) to a consultant terminal(50) for performing a mutual telephone conversation(S4). The consultant terminal(50) requests information for an escorted browsing service to the EBM system(40) for requesting client terminal information using the inputted call number(S5). The consultant terminal(50) receives client terminal information and provides the escorted browsing service to the client terminal(10). The CallMeNow server(20) notifies the end of the telephone conversation to the EBM system(40) and deletes client terminal information(S7).
