PURPOSE: A composition and an apparatus for treating an infectious medical waste solution is provided to collect a solution component from a medical waste material and treat it sanitarily. CONSTITUTION: The medical waste(liquid) coagulant composition comprises a moisture-absorbable polymer selected from the group consisting of starch based natural polymers, cellulose based natural polymers, polysaccharide based natural polymers and protein based natural polymers; and an oil component-absorbable polymer selected from the group consisting of a rice bran, a pulp, a defatted bran and a fruit skin obtained from a tree.
