METHOD TO PROMOTE PLANT SEED GERMINATION USING MOLECULAR CHAPERONE GENE

PURPOSE: Provided is a method to promote plant seed germination by transforming a plant with molecular chaperone gene, thereby promoting germination rate and speed. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: manufacturing an expression vector for plant transformation, including molecular chaperone gene and its analogue; introducing the expression vector into a plant; and expressing the molecular chaperone gene and its analogue in the transformant.
