PURPOSE: A system for inspecting a payment and a method thereof are provided to transmit a confirmation message through a terminal of an E-mail of a buyer and pay a commodity price after receiving an answer message of the of the buyer for enabling a buyer to check a payment of a bought commodity price in an electronic commerce or a general commerce through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A buyer PC(110) based on a TCP/IP is provided for being connected to the Internet. A mobile phone(120) is provided for a commerce. A seller(200) prepares a cyber space for an electronic commerce and includes a server(210) having a homepage for selling various commodities in the space and transmits identity information and credit card information of a buyer to a credit payment system(300) in a commodity transaction. The credit payment system(300) inquires the information and transmits an approval to the seller(200) or the server(210). The seller(200) transmits a purchase fact confirmation message to the buyer(100) through E-mail, or transmits a telephone number of the buyer(100) and information of the purchase fact confirmation message to a mobile communication company(400).
