CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing wax gourd wine characteristically comprises the steps of: removing the seed and skin of a wax gourd; sterilizing its flesh and adding saccharide thereto; and inoculating yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, then fermenting them.
