The present invention provides a reactive hot melt adhesive which is excellent in storage stability, initial bonding property and heat resistance after bonding and curing and which can be formed into various shapes, and a composite adhesive sheet employing it. The present invention is a reactive hot melt adhesive containing, as the main component, a blocked urethane prepolymer made by reacting a linear urethane prepolymer having isocyanate groups with an aliphatic monoalcohol (A) having a hydroxyl number of from 200 to 560, a blocking agent (B) which is a compound other than (A), and, optionally, a low molecular weight diol having a hydroxyl number of higher than 400.
