PURPOSE: A scooter overcoming obstacles is provided to pass stepped obstacles conveniently and easily by installing auxiliary wheels in upper parts of a front wheel and a rear wheel for moving the front of the wheel upward. CONSTITUTION: A handle(10) is installed in the upper part of a steering shaft(16), and a front wheel(18) and a rear wheel(20) are mounted in the steering shaft and a main footboard(12). Auxiliary wheels(22) are placed in upper parts of front and rear wheels with first and second support frames(24,26), and arranged in two lines to contact to the road surface. The auxiliary wheels are installed and separated from the frame, and first and second support frames are mounted in the steering shaft to adjust the angle of the auxiliary wheel. The front of a scooter is lifted up with contacting the auxiliary wheel to the upper part of the obstacle. The scooter is passed through the obstacles safely with installing auxiliary wheels.
