PURPOSE: Provided are a rapid diagnosis kit for diabetes using immunochoromatography and an analysis method, by quantifying or semi-quantifying glycolated hemoglobin in blood. CONSTITUTION: The diagnosis kit comprises a buffer pad, a gold complex pad, a sample pad, a nitrocellulose pad and absorption pad sequentially, wherein the nitrocellulose membrane has an antibody fixed on the surface thereof. The analysis method is characterized by quantifying glycolated hemoglobin in blood through spectroscopy and semi-quantifying it through a color table.
