SUBSTANCE: proposed rotary machine has housing, bladed rotor, inter-roller chambers and synchronizing gears. Rotor is made in form of cylindrical ferrule with blades on inner surface and end covers; one end cover is pressed on shaft of rotary machine and other cover is supported by bearing. Located inside ferrule is core with grooves for receiving separating rollers, bearings, shafts of synchronizing gears and working medium inlet and outlet passages. Inter-roller chambers are formed core, ferrule and separating rollers. One of end covers is made in form of radial-type rotor wheel; core is pressed on central immovable rod. One part of this rod is hollow; hollow end of rod is secured in end cover of rotary machine and other solid end is supported by bearing in other end cover; bearing is located inside hollow shaft. Hollow part of rod pressed in core has grooves for connection of inner cavity of central rod with working fluid outlet passages; hollow part of rod is used as passage for removal of working medium from rotary machine.
