PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raising seedling box effective for stabilizing the raising seedling vessel to be used in the process described in the Japanese Patent Application No.2000-282499, enabling easy handling and easily transferable to a planting bed. SOLUTION: A seedling is raised by using a raising seedling vessel of a transporting and raising seedling box having a construction shown by the drawings and the raised seedling is transferred to and planted on a planting bed.
