Working portions of barrels of each roll have cone forming members. Upper roll has shaping rounded portion. Lower roll has shoulders arranged along ends of its barrel and dividing inserts arranged between cone members of lower roll and shoulders; width of said inserts is determined according to relation given in description of invention. Width of working portion of barrel of lower roll is equal to 0.5-0.8 of width of initial blank. EFFECT: lowered number of regrinding operations of worn rolls, reduced mass of lower rolls. 1 dwg
