SOLUTION: An accommodation part 20 is provided continuous to one end of a base plate part 10, accommodating means 21 and 22 of CDs, etc., are constituted inside the accommodation part 20, a door part 30 is provided continuous to the other end of the base plate part 10, the accommodation part 20 and the door part 30 are fitted to the base plate part 10 in a foldable manner, peripheral edge parts 15, 16, 25, 26, 27, 35, 36 and 37 are formed on both sides of the base plate part 10 and the peripheral edges of the accommodation part 20 and the door part 30, and a substantially rectangular parallelopiped body is formed by folding the accommodation part 20 and the door part 30.
