<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general machining program independent of the type of a finishing machine and an NC finishing machine using it. SOLUTION: This general machining program 1 has machining shape data 4 arranged in the order of machining the respective parts A to C to be machined. The machining shape data 4 contains machining reference position P in the individual machining parts A to C machined to a work W, and shape and size to be machined with reference to the machining reference position P. The finishing machine 3 uses a tool in which the shape and size to be machined are fixed, and it is a plate piece finishing machine such as a punch press. A control device 5 has a machining program converting means 8 for converting the general machining program 1 to an actual machining program 10 and a machine control means 9 for executing the actual machining program 10 to control the finishing machine 3.</p> |
