<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical apparatus control system and medical apparatus control method suitable for quickly eliminating troubles by rapidly transmitting information required for the respective departments. SOLUTION: A system controller to which a plurality of medical apparatus provided in a hospital are connected is connected to a support center and a service department at a remote place through a communication line, whereby when a trouble occurs, a status transmit button is operated (step S1) to start a program for transmitting a status (step S2), a file required by the support center and a file required by the service department are created (step S3, S4), and the respective created files are transmitted to the support center and the service department (step S5, S6). Thus, the support center and the service department quickly cope with the caused trouble by cooperation.</p> |
