PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for liberating and a facility for liberating capable of producing actions on countermeasures of scattering during liberation in order to realize the discharging of fry or spat aiming at ecesic properties. SOLUTION: This bank for liberating larvae is an artificial fishing bank for liberating artificially hatched or grown fry or spat and comprises a carrying base 2 for fixing the position, an egg-collector base 3 capable of exhibiting fishing bank actions by mounting on the carrying base 2 and discharging bases 1 for enabling the fry, spat or aquatic organisms to go in and out and fitting into the egg-collector base 3. The carrying base 2 is composed by irregularly filling blocks 11 of rock having a high specific gravity in a structural frame 10 or laminating concrete blocks having a high specific gravity in the structural frame 10.
