PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inline coagulation apparatus for soybean milk preventing sundry germ pollution and efficiently producible soybean cakes tasty and having prolonged preservation term, by making a process from a soybean milk tank to the exit for soybean cakes inline. SOLUTION: The inline coagulation apparatus is provided with the following units: a mixer located directly behind an apparatus for adding a coagulant to soybean milk; a distribution pipe for distributing the mixture of the soybean milk and the coagulant to each of pipe lines; plural parallel pipe lines directly connected to each front end of the distribution pipe; and stoppers which are inserted into the pipe lines, come into close contact with the wall of the pipe line and easily slide on the wall surface of the pipe line on the start and the finish of work. |
