PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp and deal with an unfair act when the unfair act which is unrelated to an operating condition conducted onto equipment in a game parlor. SOLUTION: Attribute information is collected on equipment such as game machines 10a-10z, game medium lending machines 30a-30z set and operated in a game parlor before starting operation. The collected attribute information is stored in a ROM part 25a of a memory part 25 in a controller 2. During operating equipment, a control part 27 of the controller 2 requests attribute information to equipment. Each of equipment transmits attribute information to the controller 2 in response to the request. A control part 27 of the controller 2 compares attribute information from each of equipment and the attribute information stored in the ROM part 25a of the memory part 25. When they do not agree each other, it is discriminated abnormal and informed.
