SUBSTANCE: working chamber of internal combustion rotary piston engine consists of housing with two intersecting spaces accommodating two parallel shafts, driving and driven ones, with relatively mated profiled rotors, and pipes for side and main exhausts. According to invention, working chamber is made multiple-section, consisting, for instance, of three sections, with profiled rotors fitted in each section and partitions between sections in which gas duct for side and additional lower exhaust connecting three sections are made. Gas duct of side exhaust of first section is connected with inlet of second section, that of lower exhaust of first section, with inlet of third section, that of side exhaust of second section, with inlet of third section, and that of lower exhaust of second section, with gas duct of side exhaust of third section.
