centrifugal pumps of variable capacity depending on geometric parameters of pumps. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal pump has housing with circular working chamber where impeller is mounted of drive shaft. Impeller has drive disk, blades connected with drive disk and provided with two sections of different diameters located in succession along drive shaft; pump is also provided with cover disk secured on impeller symmetrically relative to drive disk and intermediate disk equipped with drive for motion between drive and cover disks; it is provided with through slots which coincide in shape and sizes with blades of larger diameter. Pump is provided with liquid supply and discharge branch pipes; liquid discharge branch pipe is connected with spiral receiver which is opposite to trailing edges of blades. Spiral receiver is provided with circular transversal partition located in plane of cross-section dividing sections of blades of larger and smaller diameter. Partition forms two parallel spiral branches opposite to sections of blades of different diameters which are provided with separate branch pipes for discharge of liquid and are fitted with check valves. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of pump at limiting magnitudes of liquid flow rate. 4 cl, 13 dwg
