PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a smoke albino solving the problems that albino is generally boiled and therefore, it is difficult to keep its shape because of the softness and to prevent peeling off the skin and damaging an appearance because of having the thin skin. SOLUTION: This albino smoked food is obtained by soaking albino sprinkled with common salt so as to arrange the form of albino and steaming the resultant albino with a steamer for about 15 min so as to prevent the skin thereof from peeling off. |
